Summary:

iPSCORE is a collection of iPSC lines from 222 ethnically diverse individuals.  iPSC-derived cardiomyoctyes demonstrated gene expression patterns that clustered by genetic background. Recordings on Axion's MEA system showed expected electrophysiological properties from derived-CMs in response to drug treatments.
