MAESTRO MEA SYSTEMS
With the Maestro MEA platforms you can record from networks of electrically active cells (e.g. neurons, cardiac cells, and muscle cells) in a multiwell plate in real-time. Over minutes or months, gain unprecedented access to electrical network function from cultured cell populations.
Axion BioSystems Integrated Studio (AxIS) acquisition and analysis software package turns every researcher into an MEA expert. Take control of experimental settings, view real-time neural and cardiac activity, extract straightforward analytic metrics, or perform in-depth network analysis with ease.
LUMOS OPTICAL STIMULATION
Lumos enables the use of state-of-the art optogenetic techniques to take control of cellular activity. Lumos is the first commercial multiwell optical stimulation device bringing you precise control over intensity and duration of four stimulation wavelengths in each of 24-, or 48-wells, and two wavelengths in 96-wells. Designed to pair with the Maestro recording platform, researchers can now simultaneously direct and record functional network activity.
