Summary:

IPSC-derived human neuron/glia (NeuCyte SynFire®) co-cultures express a variety of neuronal receptors. Dose-dependent alterations in neural activity and synchrony are observed when these receptors challenged by 8 agonistic and 8 antagonistic compounds on multielectrode arrays (MEAs). These results demonstrate the utility of SynFire neurons and multielectrode arrays as a neuronal model.
