Summary:

G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs) play important roles in various cellular kinetic processes such as cell proliferation, neurotransmission, contraction and more.  Adhesion GPCRs are the second largest family of GPCRs and play a role in endocrine, immune and nervous systems.

The Maestro Z impedance assay was used to non-invasively, label-free evaluate the whole cell response to detect the 'overall' response to the GPCR ligands.  The resulting data confirmed the lack of receptor activation by Stachel peptide with ECL2 mutations.
