Summary:

To model the human hypothalamic arcuate nucleus, the researchers generated arcuate organoids. RNA sequencing confirmed a human arcuate nucleus phenotype. IPSC lines developed from Prader-Willi syndrome patients showed aberrant differentiation and function highlighting the utility of arcuate organoids to model hypothalamic disease.
