Summary:

This study evaluated the Bayesian data analysis approach for assessing the effects of 30 chemicals on the activity of primary cortical neurons in mult-well microelectrode array (MEA) plates. This Bayesian data analysis method resulted in a more robust hit detection methods and supported the use of neuronal networks grown for neurotoxicity screening on MEAs.
