Axion's Integrated Studio (AxIS)

With AxIS, users can create sophisticated stimulation routines at the touch of a finger.AxIS Integrated Studio

Axion’s Integrated Studio (AxIS) simplifies the process of performing MEA experiments. Our easy to use software provides complete access to critical information and total control of experimental parameters. AxIS allows concurrent monitoring of channel recordings, adjusting digital and analog filters, performing electrode assignments, and designing stimulus waveforms, all within the same application in an easy to use modular layout. This versatility allows you to perform essential tasks while still recording cellular activity data.

Recording Module

AxIS takes the guesswork out of simultaneous stimulation and recording. The user can stimulate and record with up to 64 user-specified electrode channels.

  • Live pause and rewind
  • File playback with progress bar
  • Online median noise filtering
  • Real-time spike detection
  • Adjustable analog and digital filters
  • Real-time channel management tools
  • Automated MEA detection
  • System Status indicators
